pandasheartNo treadmill today - I took a walk with Tucker for 20 minutes instead!
Another nice day in the 50 degree zone ... they say it will not last, so I am enjoying it while I can.
Went to see the chiropractor today ... got cracked in several places; hopefully everything stays put. I cannot wait see Dr. Truong about my plantar faciitis next week - it is hurting something fierce.
