Yay for a sunny day

pandasheartThe sun returned today and with it most of my energy!
Thankfully my big toe does not really hurt at all considering yesterday's drill mishap. While I did not make it to Lowe's to get a new hole saw, I did get a lot of cleaning done in the spare bedroom (the walls were filthy!). The room is now posted on Craigslist for rent.
Treadmill = zero (but I took a 20 minute walk with the dogs)
Tomorrow, Mom and I are going to Waynesboro to pick up a pit bull named Roxy (yes, we are nuts).
Speaking of dogs, Tucker and Duchess are becoming great pals. Duchess is like my shadow; except that she is often closer to me than my own shadow! More than a few times she has stepped on the back of my shoe or run into my leg.
After having my nightstand on the left side of the bed since I have lived in the house, I moved it to the right side today in an effort to make the furniture work a bit better - while accommodating two dogs that want to sleep near me at the same time. Wish me luck. LOL
After the folks at Chase were so wonderful with the refinance stuff, the lack of customer service regarding the assumption is doubly frustrating. Apparently there is NO customer service for the assumption department and the folks that do attempt to answer the questions are idiots. Hopefuly the "work order" that has been submitted on my behalf will yield a real person who knows about the process.
No word on the settlement agreement yet, but I am not holding my breath.
