More studio time

Spent some time in the studio this afternoon - cleaning up yesterday's wheel work and paddling the assembled yarn bowls. I added two more yarn bowls to the mix today as well as a few other pieces.

Treadmill = 10 minutes

And in a fit of complete craziness, I hopped on daecabhir's gazelle. The same contraption that tried to tried to break both of my wrists last year.

Gazelle = 1 minute

Getting off the gazelle is weird - you have to get your "land legs" back. Quite unsettling when you are not expecting it!

Gorgeous sunset this evening; I took a few pictures but I doubt that they do the colors justice.

The Gazzelle are easy to ride, it's the Cheetah's you have to watch out for when on a Gazzelle.

I am glad you had such a productive day. The Gazelle is a good work out. I found if I spent my last bit of time on it, like 30 seconds or a minute if you're on it for more than say, five, ramping down slower and slower, it made it easier to get off it.
