pandasheartWoohoo! I made it!
What a crazy past few weeks it has been. I am hoping to have a brief respite from going 100 mph & actually have time to smell the roses, catch up with friends & all that.
What is going on with me...
Today: Playing catch up at work; invoicing my clients for making me insane over the past two weeks. Chinese for lunch me thinks. My back is hurting something fierce. My assistant gave me the number to her chiropractor... I should call.
Tomorrow: Mom & I are going to Balto to see ![[info]](https://stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small}
dreamtigress for her birthday. We are hitting the Stubbs exhibit (marvelous ponies!) & doing lunch.
Pets: Cricket (our dog) is as nutty as ever. On the ex's birthday she was an absolute bundle of energy. I think she knew that I was not feeling so hot last night because she was behaving herself. Zoe, our female ferret is so bald now (she has been hit with adrenal disease). Her appetite & spirit are strong; she just looks awful. Tango (the male ferret) licks her a lot... I think he knows she is not well.
The ex: The ex is off to slay turkeys in New Hampshire. He left me a note that says he will be back before I know it. He rarely leaves me notes so I really cherish it.
I just found out the VA has a Ren Faire of sorts. I am stoked. Even if it is small, it has to be fun!
