A stitch in time

Trying to be productive today & get some house cleaning stuffs done. By the end of the morning, I had made a yummy tuna-pasta salad for lunch, prepped meatloaf & mashed rutabaga for dinner, done laundry, made sun tea & gotten several other little projects done.

One thing that I have been putting off (rather successfully, by the way) is stitching together some scraps of fleece to make another dog bed for Tucker.

One reason that this was so easy to put off is that if Tucker was going to destroy said dog bed in under 24 hours, I did not want to waste my time on it. Since he has been a fairly good boy in regards to dog beds lately AND I have to clean up dining room to make way for the new furniture, I decided to have at it.

So the hand-stitching of several small pieces of fleece has gotten underway! Hopefully Tucker will appreciate how many times I have stuck myself with the needle...
